The Lib Dem reshuffle that wasn’t: Vince Cable, Jo Swinson and Alistair Carmichael

From the latest edition of Liberator magazine comes news of a reshuffle that wasn’t for Jo Swinson:

It wasn’t just at the Cabinet level that changes had been contemplated. One of the reasons for some of the more recent decisions by MPs to leave their posts was that they had been holding on for the expected reshuffle either in order to use it as a hook for their own move or because they were hoping first for promotion.
