The New York Times has a good piece highlighting just how complex the privacy options and privacy policy have become for Facebook users. (Piece found via a work colleague’s blog post.)
However, the newspaper also criticises Facebook’s privacy policy for being longer than the US Constitution (or rather the US Constitution without amendments, which is a rather odd comparison to make; if you’re going to exclude amendments, why not exclude the amendments made to the Facebook privacy policy too?).
One thing the newspaper doesn’t mention though is that its own privacy policy is … also longer than the original US Constitution. Oops.
