The service is not just for bikes, but also for a range of other goods which can be hard to trace to their owner if stolen and recovered.

I do like by the way the service’s About page and how it uses, amongst others, the BBC and Google to highlight that the service is a worthwhile and legitimate one. For some people those are more of a recommendation I suspect than the government bodies listed…
