New version of Lib Dem election database launched

NGPVAN, the suppliers of the Liberal Democrat Connect database system, are rolling out a major new version:

That guide is written with the US market in mind (hence the reference, ahem, to being ready for 2016 rather than 2015) and uses some exuberant American jargon (‘leveraging best-in-breed’ doesn’t mean hoisting a cow, I guess) but it’s still a handy taster.
