Elections Centre website – a treasure trove for election geeks

The newly launched website for Plymouth University’s Elections Centre (home to Michael Thrasher and Colin Rallings) contains a treasure trove of electoral data about British local elections.

This included detailed results for individual local authorities from the 1970s onwards, and summary data for each election year since 1973 including vote share and number of seats won.

The team is planning to add further data to the site as time and resources permit. Email suggestions to electionscentre@gmail.com.
