Facebook’s ability to import from an RSS feed into the Notes application (so that, for example, your blog posts automatically appear as notes on your personal profile) breaks often enough to be annoying but not so often that I remember where the special page is for reporting this sort of problem.
So for my future reference, and possibly your benefit too, here it is:

Any experience of them responding to anything you send via one of their forms – on this or anything else?
Hard to tell. It sometimes starts working again after a report via one of their forms, but they’ve never got directly back in touch with me – so may be coincidence rather than the forms working.
PS I should have added – I have had responses (and fixes) when I’ve contacted Facebook via other forms of theirs.
I gave up on Notes import about six months ago because of this problem. I resorted to the NetworkBlogs application for this feature, and more recently to RSS Graffiti.
Thanks for the tip Damian. I’ll give it a try.
