One of the fringe meetings I spoke at during Liberal Democrat conference was Local / Social / Digital, along with Daisy Benson and Julian Huppert. Aside from producing one of the most caption-competition-friendly photos of Lib Dem conference, it also produced very interesting discussions about the use of technology to improve political engagement at the local level.
