Plenty of active potholes in Aberdeen, though. Trying to prise money from misallocation to the the Central Belt is like trying to prise it from a tourist's money belt (not that I've tried).
… but hooray, the pothole outside the astoundingly (and rightly) popular Vagabond cafe on Stroud Green Road (Haringey Council side) has now been fixed:
