I’m glad to have got your attention. I think it right to bring different criteria to assessing the performance of a breakfast time tv presenter reading an autocue than to evaluating the inaugural lecture of a Regius Professor. I’m sorry the distinction escapes you.
Good of him to respond, even if the reply leaves me unconvinced.
