Who owns the words that come out of our mouth?

The Freakonomics podcast is always worth a listen, but one of this month’s episodes – about copyright law – is particularly good. And particularly relevant to British ears as it looks mostly at British copyright law and the way in which, for example, people writing books about Winston Churchill have to pay copyright fees to use his words.
