
I tried. I really tried. I started this weekend with all good intentions about testing out the different methods of melting chocolate for cooking purposes (safely and easily in an oven, as Nigella says in a microwave or the HIGHLY DANGEROUS NEVER TO BE USED method that requires HOT, DANGEROUS boiling water).
But once again, the chocolate just well … didn’t quite last from the shops to the melt-off.
My stomach is telling me I need to go for a bit of a lie down now.
