And as an added twist, the fourth phone call of the day to Vodafone customer services gave him information flatly contradictory to what two other Vodafone staff had told me previously. Have my two accounts been merged in to one? Two Vodafone staff say yes; one says no. Place your bets as to what the next one will say…
