What did the post bring me on 24 February?
It brought me your letter dated 20 February acknowledging my complaint about items of post for other addresses being delivered to me. In it you said you are looking into the matter, and I can hardly complain about the speed with which you did for the very same post also contained your letter dated 23 February with the results of your investigations.
The impact of its contents (talking to a manager, talking to a delivery officer, and so on) was however somewhat blighted by the third item in my post that day, which was … another wrongly delivered letter. Oh dear.
