I chewed a bone last night with some other Lib Dem bloggers last night. Iain Dale’s appearance at the Lib Dem blog of the year awards came up – and the consensus (amongst the humans present) was that he looked like a man at a lettuce convention.
Never having been to a lettuce convention (they don’t like dogs ‘cos we like to chew them and it ruins the displays), can anyone explain to me what a man at a lettuce convention looks like, other than Iain Dale obviously?
