Not so much a teacup, more of a monocle

I admit it. I’ve changed my mind. Having been quite taken with the description of “the teacup line” to explain London Underground’s plans for the Circle Line, I must now admit that – having seen the publicity – it’s actually becoming more of a monocle line.
