Yes, you read that headline correctly. Technically it’s been illegal to leave rubbish in Transport for London’s litter bins at stations with rail services. You might think a litter bin is there for placing litter in, but alas the lawyers weren’t thinking of that when they drafted the London Regional Transport Bylaws back in 2000. [...]
