		<description>I think this ties in neatly with the point I was trying to make with my post. The TPA is so successful at getting its message across and has created such a narrative that perfectly reasonable public expenditure is starting to be painted as wasteful or unneccessary.

I of course agree there is waste of public money and it needs to be reigned in but there is a real risk of throwing the baby out with the bathwater if the TPA agenda continues to become embedded in this way.</description>
