The Liberal Democrat federal conference is returning to Liverpool this spring, and the outline agenda has now been published.
The agenda will be dominated by the general election manifesto, both an outline manifesto motion and also some areas where policy details need to be agreed to fill in the headlines. Mental health is a good example of the latter.
Note also the consultation session on implementing the party’s move to one-member, one-vote (OMOV). Further motions and amendments on this will be tabled and debated at the Autumn conference rather than in Liverpool.Spring-Conference-agenda
