Excellent news about the NHS

Good news about the state of the NHS:

It’s one reason why Labour’s attempts to make the NHS the deciding issue of the general election are struggling so much: they are out of tune with what the public thinks about the NHS.

Problems such as Ed Miliband’s crude cynicism over “weaponising” the NHS and Andy Burnham’s car crash interview when faced with the inconvenient fact that the Labour government he served in outsourced to the private sector more health services than this government add to the problem.

But the core of it is simply this: Labour politicians say one thing about the state of the NHS, the public something quite different .

P.S. As it often comes up when talking about the NHS, a basic fact about TTIP and the NHS is worth pointing out once again.
