Labour MP under investigation after allegations of electioneering with Parliamentary resources

The Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards is investigating Labour MP David Lammy over allegations that he broke the rules over Parliamentary correspondence in order to help Labour’s campaign in the neighbouring constituency of Hornsey & Wood Green, held by Lib Dem Lynne Featherstone MP.

David Lammy is, by the way, the same Labour MP who also attacked Labour’s Hornsey & Wood Green leaflets (some copies of which also went out in his constituency) for “pandering to Ukip“. I guess this time he kept editorial control over what was said.
