Ukip vs me, and Ed

The Mirror reports a move by Ukip which is of particular interest to me:

Ukip have slashed prices in their online store – including a book entitled “101 Ways To Win an Election.”

The book is available at a knock down price of just £5 – a reduction of 60% on the cover price of £12 – leading some to wonder if the party has given up on electoral victory.

The book was written by Liberal Democrat writers Mark Pack and Edward Maxfield.

A Ukip spokesperson said: “More fool us for buying in a book written by a Lib Dem.”

But Mr Pack shot back: “Eight times as many Lib Dem MPs were elected as Ukip, and only one of the two parties got their leader elected…”
