Lib Dem GLA constituency candidates: see the list

To go with a Mayor of London candidate and a set of London Assembly list candidates and the first two GLA constituency candidates, the Liberal Democrats now have the following constituency candidates in place:

Zack Polanski (Barnet & Camden)

Julie Ireland (Bexley & Bromley)

Anton Georgiou (Brent & Harrow)

Elaine Bagshaw (City and East)

Amna Ahmad (Croydon and Sutton)

Francesco Fruzza (Ealing and Hillingdon)

Nick da Costa (Enfield and Haringey)

Julia Fletcher (Greenwich and Lewisham)

Ian Sanderson (Havering and Redbridge)

Michael Bukola (Lambeth and Southwark)

As a council tenant, it is very unlikely now that I will ever own my own home, particularly in such an inflated market like London. Clearly we need more homes, but not as a consequence of selling off social housing stock like the Tories wish to do, or by treating existing council estates in London as ‘brownfield sites’ as is suggested in a recent report by Labour’s Lord Adonis. Moreover, I will defend our Party’s position on reducing air pollution and putting forward our Party’s principled stance on no net increase in airport runways. I will fight to retain our two Assembly Member candidates. I hope to build on our growing membership in Lambeth & Southwark by leading the effort and by working with local and borough parties to rebuild trust and confidence ahead of the most open election contest since the GLA first started back in 2000.

Adrian Hyyrylainen-Trett (Merton and Wandsworth)

Terry Stacy (London North East)

Rosina Robson (London South West)

Annabel Mullin (West Central)
