Lib Dem tip #11: OSKAR, the Liberal Democrat online training centre

Welcome to the latest in my series of tips and advice for Liberal Democrat members, which appear first in the email bulletin run by London Region for party members.

A few weeks back, tip #4 covered the special website available only to party members. There is one particular corner of that site which is so useful it is deserving of a tip all to itself: the online training section, called OSKAR.

This name stands for Online Skills and Resources and is a goldmine of online training and information. Its contents range from an online course in how to use the party’s telephone canvassing tool through to a guide to what it is like becoming a local councillor.

To access this information, just go to the main party website, www.libdems.org.uk, login as a member at the top and then go to Members followed by OSKAR training.
