Another day, another poll showing public opinion moving away from Brexit

This time it is ICM showing public opinion moving against Brexit:

ICM told respondents that the Brexit talks were taking place and asked which of three options they would prefer to see. The results were:

The UK leaving the EU regardless of what happens: 46% (down 7 from ICM in January)

MPs to decide whether or not the UK leaves: 11% (down 1)

A second referendum to allow people to decide whether the UK leaves or not, based on the outcome of the negotiations: 32% (up 6) [The Guardian]

  1. Am option to Remain now needed as the Leave option is now a leading question. Simply, the story so far is that the UK is ill-prepared and evidence so far has proven it was the wrong thing for out way of life embedded in a Europe of trust and respect of people before profit

  2. Back in March Yougov asked about attitudes to Brexit with a category like “I didn’t vote Leave but think the govt has a duty to carry it through.” – which got 25% of responders and meant only 1 in 5 wanted Brexit not to go ahead.

Has there been a poll since asking that question do you know?

    Regards,

  3. The issue is whether we will get the credit we deserve if eventually there is a second outcome referendum. It is up to all in the Party to see we do.
