Full slate of Liberal Democrats in this week’s by-elections

Brrrrrrr… out in the cold fighting elections this week have people people in four wards: two Conservative, one SNP and one Liberal Democrat. Liberal Democrat candidates in all four seats this week, which is up two on when these seats were last contested.
