The sobering reality behind Boris Johnson’s rhetoric urging us all to be more positive

Not so long ago this would have read more like the setup for a movie about an eccentric person.

Now it’s the sobering reality behind the rhetoric of Boris Johnson and colleagues urging us all to be just a bit more cheerful about Brexit:
Howard Hardiman's tweets about stockpiling food for Brexit in Scotland

All the more reason to back these three key petitions against Brexit.

  1. This brings to mind the separation at airports that May proposes. One line for Brits, another for the rest.To me it brings to mind apartheid. To May it shows Brexit is working,to me that we are racist, different to others a bad sign for welcoming people to our country.

    • Exactly. At best it will be embarrassing and at worst it will back-fire with people voting to use the EU and?/or 3rd national queues when the UK desk is busy.
These will not make up for queues elsewhere eg. Dover!
