Conservatives turn to Lib Dem colours to sell Brexit message
In an unusual move, the Conservatives have taken to using Liberal Democrat-like branding for national campaign materials about Brexit:

I wonder if the leaflets contain any mention of portable lavatories?
Shouldn’t there be a law about this? To protect the use of colours in political campaigns? If there isn’t a law, there should be one. Think of how influential the use of blue and red may have been in the EU Referendum campaign.
The fact that the leaflet contains falsehoods is worrying too – ignoring the colour issue ! We already have control of our borders. The money that goes to the EU is a tiny percentage of the tax we pay – yet brings huge benefits. And Freedom of Movement benefits us in the UK too.
Oh and there is a lot more – lots of problems with Brexit !!
This should be looked into. Yes, is it breaking the Law?. Bill Maher US comedian commentator etc had a show all about ASTROTURFING where the truth is ‘streatched’ to try to turn a decision round.It reminded me of Mogg’s European Research Group. If it was being truthful, to me, it would be called the ANTI-European Research Group. This is the Tories using US right wing tactics.
Further to my recent comment what has the ERG researched? What results have they come up with? Is this yellow ploy one of their ideas to muddy the water.
Hmmm, the Tories appear to have subsumed the Isle of Man into the UK, as well as pinching our colours they have no idea where our boundaries are!
This appears to be merely a rational approach to political messaging. The Chequers proposal is vehemently opposed by leading Brexiteers and supported by only 40% voters in the country. The Government needs a majority to push it through. The only place it can come from is the Remainers. The kind of people who will find time to read a political message on the yellow background.
