Key new legal opinion clears path for #ExitFromBrexit
Excellent news with this legal opinion just in:
EU court advocate general rules that UK CAN unilaterally revoke article 50 – in other words, in theory, we could just say – stop the Brexit bus, we want to get off (long running case and european Advocate General has just released ruling)

(Note: the Advocate General has set out their view rather than the court having made a ruling.)
Bizarrely, Ukip’s reaction has been to complain – as if the UK being free to make a major decision is bad news. Almost like they don’t like us being able to take back control…
This opens up an important new route by which Britain can be saved from a disastrous Brexit.
