When Liberal Democrat Deputy Leader Jo Swinson spoke at the Liberal Democrat European Parliament election manifesto launch, she had a simple message: bollocks to Brexit.
It’s a simplicity and clarity of message that is picking up all sorts of support.

The choice of ‘bollocks’, adopting the slogan pioneered by other Remain campaigners, has both caught the headlines and courted controversy.

Remain has been questing to match take back control as a slogan. Good on the LibDems for adopting what we sang on the PV marches. Bollocks to Brexit! At a stroke they have made themselves funky and the challenger to Farage. Could have been Labour – but it didn’t have the balls.
