Is Dominic Cummings a genius? London 5th October with new, improved line-up

Quite what to make of Dominic Cummings has moved from an esoteric topic for political geeks to an issue of mainstream concern given his huge power in Boris Johnson’s administration.

It’s the subject of the first live event forĀ Never Mind The Bar Charts, the podcast from Stephen Tall and myself. Unfortunately, due to a late change in my diary, I now won’t be able to make it as I’ll be doing a hustings meeting for Lib Dem President.

But that means we (or rather, Stephen) will have not one, but two awesome guests with him for the recording:

  • Polly Mackenzie, now heading up Demos and former Liberal Democrat special advisor – and so also former work colleague of one D Cummings.
  • Sean Kemp, ace tweeter, also a former Liberal Democrat special advisor and colleague of Dominic Cummings.

They’ll be recording the show as past of Podcast Live: Politics, in London on Saturday, October 5th. You can buy your tickets just for the show or for the whole day here.

Make sure you scroll down to theĀ Never Mind The Bar Charts logo on the page and you can get special VIP tickets. Also known as sitting in the front row. Which means you might be able to hear Stephen properly for once…

UPDATE: Here’s the show for your listening delectation.
