I totally enjoyed the forays into broader political philosophy and foreign affairs.
I totally agree with David Howarth’s point about bring ‘what are we basically for’ over at every opportunity. It is fundamental – because fundamentals are fundamental.
The two big Lib Dem signatures stances have both been foreign and they (we) did well electorally out of them (2003-2010 and the 2019 Euros).
