Egg: how not to do customer service

Egg forget to tell me something.

I complain that they forgot to tell me.

They point out that their procedures including telling me, and so reject my complaint. So in the world of Egg Customer Service as long as it says on a piece of paper that they should tell people, it doesn’t matter whether or not they actually do.
