What would you call yourself on the ballot paper?

The “description” column in the list of candidates nominated for an election is where you normally find the name of the party that a candidate is standing for, or a close variant of it. It’s also what is then used on the ballot papers themselves.

Sometimes too people are down as independents or have no descriptions.
