Richard Kemp: Liberal Democrat candidate for Mayor of Liverpool

Liverpool councillor Richard Kemp has just the right attitude towards a post the party doesn’t believe in: if it exists, best to fight hard for it as a Liberal Democrat would be better in the post than someone with other political views.
