Haringey Council issues dress code for people watching Olympic Torch

Dress code for people carrying the Olympic Torch? That I could understand.

Dress code for security guards and other staff accompanying Olympic Torch? Ditto.

But issuing a dress code for members of the public who turn up to see the Olympic Torch? That’s Labour-run Haringey Council for you.

In case you want to know: the dress code is ‘wear white’.

  1. No doubt that'll be another great policy success. Why not have a week-long party in Finsbury Park?
Oh no, they already tried that one!
