Being called “mealy-mouthed, miserable” isn’t normally a compliment but…

… when it’s what Mayor of London Boris Johnson is reduced to saying after some intensive cross-examination by Caroline Pidgeon at the GLA, I think it rather counts as a compliment to Caroline.
