Now shipping, sort of, from Amazon: 101 Ways To Win An Election

The excitement of the weekend for me (aside from Bradley Wiggins donning the Yellow Jersey) was discovering that a bit earlier than expected Amazon has started shipping copies of 101 Ways To Win An Election.

The sales rank has been bouncing up and down a lot over the last few weeks, peaking at just outside the top 1,000 bestsellers. On Sunday the number of copies left in stock according to the Amazon site started ticking down close to zero:

It came down to just one copy left in stock, leaving me shouting at the computer “Come on Amazon!” in the hope of being able to, however, briefly, claim our book had sold out. But when zero came, what did Amazon say? Back to “This title has not yet been released”. Aaargh!

On the up side for potential buyers, the discount has also been increased, hitting 19% at the time of writing this – though with my previous run of luck in talking about the discount, that will soon fall and may even have fallen by the time you read this.
