We prefer whites and we’re not very good – Tory verdict on themselves

Liberal Democrat colleague Colin Ross has highlighted a rather “frank” comment from the former chair of Wolverhampton South West Conservatives. He has called Tory councillors “far from outstanding” and said that many Tories prefer white candidates.
