  1. Hi Mark,
    Nice video, but deserving of its own asterisks, perhaps.  Andorra and the other three European microstates mentioned are not allowed to *print* Euro banknotes.  They are allowed to mint Euro coins, with distinctive national designs, which are legal for use throughout the Eurozone.
