Powerful imagery makes a message far more memorable

I’ve often written about the power of images in conveying messages, whether it is using carefully chosen photographs to communicate a political message or a well-designed infographic to turn a sequence of facts into something more memorable.

However, the power of imagery comes in all sorts of other forms, as this moving video shows. It was made for Universal Children’s Day in 2012, to illustrate how every three seconds a child dies:
