OMOV amendment passed at Lib Dem conference: thank you
Thank you to everyone who backed the amendment on one-member one-vote (OMOV) that I organised for Lib Dem conference in Glasgow.
It got voted through by a big majority this afternoon after Duncan Brack moved it and I summated with an, um…, unanswerable logic (see below) – and then conference voted to go ahead with the principle of introducing OMOV subject to the details the amendment set out.
