Francis Maude was the Conservative MP for North Warwickshire 1983-92 and then Horsham 1997-2015 before becoming a Conservative peer in 2015. He served as Paymaster General (Minister for the Cabinet Office) during the 2010-15 government, where he particularly focused on improving the government’s use of digital services.
