Abbey Customer Services: a touch of Kafka
I wish to complain about an Abbey department not replying to me.
So I contact Abbey’s Complaints Department.
Who tell me that they can’t take up a complaint until said department has replied to me.
Even though my complaint is that they haven’t.
Nice touch of Kafka.
PS It would appear I am not alone. In fact, it’s very crowded here in the unhappy with Abbey camp.
