Ooops! Ministry of Justice guide to courts forgets you are innocent until proven guilty

Good news: the Ministry of Justice (my very favourite department) has produced a guide to court procedure for people with learning difficulties.

Bad news: they’ve forgotten that innocent until proven guilty, burden of proof thing.
