Where does North Shropshire register on the by-election-o-meter?

Perhaps this is the best reading: the public’s likelihood of voting Lib Dem (out of 10) has gone up 0.42 week-on-week. After Chesham & Amersham it went up 0.28.

You may have covered this, but am I the only one seeing demographic similarities between North Shropshire and North Somerset?
No accusation to level against Reese-Mogg, but can’t help but wonder if Labour have hit a ceiling the Libdems might not?
