Diversity & Talent Support Manager (Lib Dems HQ, London)

It is the Liberal Democrats’ goal to better represent the communities we serve, by
improving participation of individuals from diverse backgrounds at every level of the Party.

Therefore the Diversity and Talent Support Manager will be responsible for planning and implementing key initiatives targeted at individuals from under-represented groups, to monitor, encourage and enable their greater participation, activism and candidacy within the Liberal Democrat Party.
