Talking of the idea that Conservative Party Chairman Grant Shapps will offer the Liberal Democrats party funding reform in return for Parliamentary boundary changes (a non-starter, as it happens), Nick Clegg said in Parliament today:
I suppose, Mr Speaker, finally that’s a get rich quick scheme that he’s prepared to put his name to.
