New trio of constituency polls show possibilities of Lib Dem gains from Conservatives

Three new constituency opinion polls by Deltapoll and published by The Observer are out, covering Guildford, Putney and Southport.

On the Putney poll, it’s worth noting that the Liberal Democrats have wider appeal than Labour so in fact if Labour were to be out of the race, the Conservatives would lose, while if the Lib Dems were to be out of the race, the Conservatives would still win:

The Guildford poll result is notable not only for showing a potential Liberal Democrat gain for Zoe Franklin, but also being from a seat outside the usual group of headline-grabbers in this election for possible Lib Dem gains.
