SNP holds local council by-election in Aberdeenshire
Continuing the current diet of one council by-election a week in Scotland, this week saw another one, again in Scotland:
Ellon and District, Aberdeenshire
Ellon & District (Aberdeenshire), first preference result:
SNP: 42.4% (+10.5)
CON: 41.7% (+0.8)
LDEM: 10.2% (-9.5)
LAB: 2.9% (-4.7)
GRN: 2.8% (+2.8)Seat change:
SNP HOLD.Con were placed first on first preference vote in 2017.
